#### Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) regards Austria, where it is a leading corporate and investment bank, as well as Central and Eastern Europe as its home market.

## Brief

#### Concept design for a Life and Health insurance app. Our design was based on a user-oriented approach that would allow cutting unnecessary communications and provide guidance on every step, from signing up for a program to receiving a payout.

## Task

#### Implement Raiffeisen's vision of contactless Life and Health insurance, significantly improving the online self-service capabilities and providing preventive care and guidance in the event of an accident. Everything from signing a document to payments should be just a couple of taps away.

## Client Service

#### Clients can learn about the program and seamlessly pay for it. In the event of an accident, clear instructions are provided. All the documents and Support Agents are available 24/7 online.

## Insurance Programs

#### The app contains all the information you might need on any insurance program and allows clients to sign up for a contract without leaving the comfort of their homes or on the go.
